Michael Tromans & Co were instructed with joint agents Savills to sell the iconic Sunbeam Land in Wolverhampton. The prominent 1.5 acre site that fronts Wolverhampton Ring Road had approximately 120,000 sq.ft. of B1 and B2 commercial space for alternative uses or redevelopment. After a successful marketing campaign Michael Tromans & Co found a buyer for this landmark building.
